1 package of broccoli slaw (or 3 - 4 stalks of fresh broccoli)
1/2 cup sunflower oil
|If using fresh broccoli, remove the florets from the stalks. They will not be used in this recipe. Using the grating disk, grate the stalks in a food processor.
In a large bowl mix all of the salad ingredients together.
Add the dressing and toss.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
